
Reverend Toni Scott, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a U.S. Army veteran and retired Federal employee with over 28 years of service across the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Homeland Security. As a Readjustment Counseling Therapist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, and Military Sexual Trauma Counselor, she provided essential counseling services to combat veterans and their families.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Science and a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology (Clinical Mental Health), both with honors from Troy University. She was recognized on the Dean’s List at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and Troy University.
An ordained minister, Reverend Scott travels nationally as a speaker and teacher at conferences and churches. She has held various leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe, including pastor, teacher, and leader of women’s and youth ministries. She is also the Founder and President of “A Woman of Destiny” Ministries, organizing annual Community Women’s Conferences in Northwest Florida. Additionally, she has hosted a radio broadcast ministry in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Currently, she serves as Pastor of Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where the motto is: “Where The Love of Christ Is Solid as a Rock.”
Reverend Scott is called to be an intercessor for God’s people, firmly believing in the power of prayer and spiritual transformation, guided by the scripture:
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
